340 million gods

Since the beginning when God has not revealed the words, verses, information, orders, and prohibitions and so on – the human race has utilized its instincts, senses, spiritual true longings, and spurred imagination and reason to search for “The True.”

Before the sky information and the teachings of the Torah, Zabur, Bible, and the Qur’an were sprinkled – mankind had struggled to track down “it seems like there is a Very Powerful One, the Most Great, all-around, who creates and nurtures all these creatures.”

In the past, people did not know who or what was first. Who’s the older brother, who is the eldest who is the youngest, between heaven, earth, mountain and sea, animals, jinn, humans and everything else? Humans feel, track, formulate and record in their consciousness.

Humans feel there is some kind of energy or power behind trees, rocks, rivers, forests, mountains, water, light and darkness and whatever. Then they gave him a name on his own initiative: Danyang, Mbahurekso, Dewa, Dah Yuang, and various others. There is a god of wind, there is a god of the sea, there are those they call Sang Hyang Wenang, Sang Hyang Widhi, Sang Hyang Tunggal, to the local and specific ones: Mbah Petruk, Kik Ronopati, Shaykh, Maulana, Kiai, Ki Ageng and many more.

The number in all civilizations to 340 million “symptoms of God.” But it is still limited to “writing” by humans themselves. Nevertheless, we need to respect, appreciate and uphold the glory of their hearts to “seek God” the real ruler of all this life.

Of the 340 million “gods” progressed rapidly to three “gods,” who created, nurtured and damaged. Or three “gods” with different contexts and understanding structures in other human groups. There is even a “fabricated gods,” gods that are “created” by a group of people for the dominance of other human groups.

Until finally it culminated in the One God: “Qul, Hu Allahu Ahad…”. God introduced himself, to the extent that the human mind and spirit are able to accommodate it. That his main icon is “Ar-Rahman” and “Ar-Rahim” – The Beneficent and The Merciful. That there are 99 attributes. It does not mean that God is limited to and by 99 because God is Supreme and cannot be formulated by numbers, numbers, letters, and words.

What most people really want to pursue is who exactly is meant by the Republic of Indonesia with “God Almighty.” Which God or what does that mean. From whom or what discourse does Pancasila call God the Almighty? Is he among the 340 million “gods.” Or the Republic of Indonesia added “god” to 340 million and 1 in number.

Indonesia is not an Islamic State, so it is impossible for God Almighty in Pancasila to refer to Islamic information from God. Also, the Republic of Indonesia is not a Christian country, Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism or others.

Who knows that Indonesia is a country that is outside of creation and power of God so that it behaves as it pleases itself, and is not bound to the values, rules, laws or risks applied by Allah.

What is Enneagram?

peta-kepribadian-enneagramThe Enneagram is one of the psychological tests developed by Oscar Ichazo and Claudio Naranjo based on personality theory which was initiated by G.I. Gurdjieff. Enneagram tests were introduced in 1950 and are still being developed.

From one point of view, the Enneagram can be seen as a set of nine discrete personality types, with each representation on the Enneagram indicating one type. It is obvious to find a little of yourself in all nine of the categories, although one of them should attain out as being resembling yourself.

Everyone begins from childhood with one of the nine types dominating their personality, with inborn temperament and other prenatal factors being the primary determinants of our representation. This is one field where almost all of the significant Enneagram authors agree—we are born with a dominant type. Subsequently, this inborn orientation largely determines how we learn to adapt to our early childhood environment. In any event, by the time children are four or five years old, their consciousness has progressed adequately to have a separate sense of self. Although their character is still very changeable, at this age children begin to ascertain themselves and find means of fitting into the world on their own.

Each descriptor can be expanded into four-word sets of traits. Have in mind that these are merely highlights and do not represent the full spectrum of each type.

  • Type 1 is principled, purposeful, self-controlled, and perfectionistic.
  • Type 2 is generous, demonstrative, people-pleasing, and possessive.
  • Type 3 is adaptable, excelling, driven, and image-conscious.
  • Type 4 is expressive, dramatic, self-absorbed, and temperamental.
  • Type 5 is perceptive, innovative, secretive, and isolated.
  • Type 6 is engaging, responsible, anxious, and suspicious.
  • Type 7 is spontaneous, versatile, acquisitive, and scattered.
  • Type 8 is self-confident, decisive, willful, and confrontational.
  • Type 9 is receptive, reassuring, complacent, and resigned.
